The program is a tremendous resume builder, and can be folded into The College of Saint Rose Master's in Educational Technology Specialist Degree Program.*

Many teachers take The Certificate in Instructional Technology program in conjunction with a master’s degree in another field. Since many of The College of Saint Rose master's degree programs have elective credit, teachers interested in focusing their elective credit in the area of instructional technology find that they can not only leave graduate school with a master's degree but also with an advanced certificate in a field of vital importance in the information age.

The Certificate Program allows teachers to work closely with a College of Saint Rose Educational Technology Advisor to tailor a program of completely elective credit that will dovetail and compliment career and classroom interests.

Teachers interested in the Certificate Programs must apply for admittance to The College of Saint Rose and requires Graduate Admissions matriculation. Submit the following items to:

  • Written Statement of Purpose: a 300-word or less written essay describing your reasons for interest the program.
